So I just found out that my "I Did It!" article in BHG will not come out until August. And that is still
tentative. I hope that if it changes, it get moved up and not later. Cause there is one thing I don't have very much of and that my friends, is patience! But I am excited!!! I plan on staking out the nearest store and buying every copy :)
You should get a complimentary copy. Seriously. I mean it is your awesome house and all. And I can't wait to get my copy so I can say "I 'know' her!"

I'm sure they'll send you a copy just before it comes out. I've heard they always plan out mags way in advance, so that they're shooting Christmas projects & decor in the spring, so August actually isn't to bad. Can't wait for your feature to come out, too. Your stenciled ceiling is one of my absolute favorite project inspirations to come out of blogland.

ReplyDeleteThat is so cool. I totally understand about the patience though - it's such an exciting thing! When my adoption story was in All You magazine a few years back, I made my husband go to the store with me and take pictures of me by the display holding the magazine open to where you could see my picture. I also bought a bunch and gave them to people. (I even signed the page w/ my pic on it!) I am normally not so vain, but it was a big moment for me. So all of that blabbering was to say, I understand how you feel!!
