A NEW Monthly Linky Party!!!!!



I am teaming up with 5 amazingly talented bloggers. We are going to be having a monthly themed linky party!!! Every month we will pick a theme or idea. Then anyone who wants to join in can make something that fits with that theme. The 6 of us will also make something and on the 4th Friday of each month we will have a linky party for everyone to link up their projects. If you don't have time to make something new for the party don't worry. You can link up old projects as long as they fit the theme and it is  your own work. We will be featuring some of the projects that you guys link up. Doesn't that sound fun??? One theme, different point of views. I love it!

March's theme is skirts. You can sew it from scratch or refashion an existing skirt. It can be for you, a little girl, or someone else. No rules. It just has to be a skirt and your own work. (Seeing as I don't sew well, this should be interesting.....) The end result, what ever you start with, needs to be a skirt.

The linky party will be here on my blog on Friday March 25th and will be open all weekend.

    Sounds like fun! If the theme is skirts, can we take an existing skirt that no longer fits and use it to make a bag or something, or is it just for making it into a better skirt? I've been on a sewing kick lately, so I have a few ideas already. Thanks for hosting this new party.

    yes, but does the skirt have to be for a person? Can it be for an object?
